Established in 1998, Ishbilia has spent 28 years building a reputation among Londoners, international visitors and loyal regulars for serving some of the capital’s finest lebanese and arabic food.
Founded in 1998 by head chef Mohamed Alkhlaifaoui, known affectionately as Abu Mahmoud, Ishbilia has always been a restaurant built on family, heritage and care. Today, three generations of family members work within the business and we remain rooted in in family tradition: ‘A nod to generations of hearty, sophisticated homemade culinary traditions delivered to our guests with unconditional hospitality’.
